• Email address (via Google or Apple sign-in)
• Optional profile information (bio, location, zipcode)
• Vehicle listings you create or save
• Search history to improve your experience

Torque Trader uses strictly necessary cookies to provide essential functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

These cookies are essential for the website to function properly and cannot be disabled. They do not track your browsing activity or collect personal information for advertising purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google and Apple
• Secure JWT tokens with rotation
• CSRF protection for all authenticated requests
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• HTTPS encryption in production

To maintain marketplace safety and enable dispute resolution, we retain data according to the following schedule:

• Deleted conversations are purged after 6 months
• Sold listings are removed after 6 months from sale date
• Deleted listings are purged after 6 months
• Banned user accounts and data are removed after 6 months
• Associated images (listing photos, conversation attachments, avatars) are deleted with their parent data

You can download a copy of all your data, including images, at any time from your account settings before deletion occurs.

Messages are used solely for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. No third parties have access to your private messages.

When you delete a conversation, it's immediately hidden from your view, but retained in our secure systems for the protection of all users until the retention period expires.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Torque Trader service.
